I parked it last night in front of my house and it wasn’t there in the morning.
Life sucks sometimes

You can help me by printing this PDF and posting it somewhere…
Winter is here. Without snow but I can feel it coming any day now. I went for the last ride. It felt great. Sun was there warming me up for most of the time, views were spectacular, trails slippery and technical enough for me. I made it all the way to the top of the mountain I see on the horizon from here. It was like crossing the whole world… and when I got there I found another world past that mountain… ready to be explored… next season :-)
Just mix together:
1 GPS
2 brothers
8 sets of underwear
1 tent
2 old four stroke bikes
8 days
and shake them well for 1300+ miles
You will get two smiling faces ;-)

more pics on the way…
So we got second bike and it starts looking better. It’s 91 Suzuki DR350 and I could not stand funky colors of original stickers… so I made my bro remove them the next day (or I would not ride with him at all, hehe). There is still some ugly green on the tank but this will gone as soon as we get airbrush to work. Otherwise the bike is fine. It’s amazing what $900 can buy :-). The worst thing was cleaning the drivetrain: we used whole bottle of simple green, tons of WD40, some gas and couple old towels… I guess previous owner kept it “well lubed” – it took about 4h to just clean the chain and sprockets out of nasty gunk.
We made a nice trip to Virginia City, NV last Sunday. 130 miles of desert riding wore me out pretty good. But we had fun – lots of it! :-)
More pics can be found on my brother’s blog.
